Eric Fortune, who we featured in Hi-Fructose Vol. 13, recently created a piece titledGoddess of Antiquity for the upcoming “Lush Life Four” show at Roq La Rue (previewedhere). The new painting has been circulating online and receiving many “likes” on ourFacebook page. Eric recently sent over some images of his progress on the piece, which was carefully created for a rich, three-dimensional effect. We bring you a rare inside look into his creative process, as well as a few of his latest works that were featured in his July solo show at LaBasse Projects in Culver City. Make sure to look out for his work in “Lush Life Four,” which opens August 10 at Roq La Rue.
